Julia Bonadies teaches English at Ana Grace Academy of the Arts Middle in Bloomfield, Connecticut. She holds a B.A. in English, an M.S. in Secondary Education from Eastern Connecticut State University, and her 092 certificate from the University of New England. She writes free verse, narrative poems and prose.
In 2016, she was named Manchester Community College’s poet representative for the Connecticut Poetry Circuit. Her poetry has appeared in the national undergraduate magazine, The Albion Review, local paper The Chronicle, and the Coram Deo. Before the Face of God from the Presbyterian Church of Coventry.
In 2023 she started hosting both virtual and in-person poetry pop-ups to accept commissions.
She resides in Connecticut with her two cats, Otis and Tarot
